Jason Jeffery - Director
Jason has worked in the Civil Engineering and Groundworks Industry for more than three decades.
Having undertaken a variety of roles since the early 1990s, Jason has experienced the construction industry from all angles and has gained a wealth of insight and knowledge along the way.
As well as being the Director of ProcureEA, Jason is also the Managing Director of APEC Groundworks Ltd, a groundworks company that has been established in Norfolk since 2015.
Oliver Sword - Associate Partner
Oliver has extensive knowledge and experience working within the sales and material procurement industry.
His career in construction began within the field of trench excavation and shoring and he has since gone on to work alongside a number of well-established building, civil engineering and groundworks companies, for which he provides buying and estimation services.
Oliver started working for Jason’s groundworks company in 2018 in the role of buyer and has proven that he can form solid relationships with suppliers, whilst continually striving to achieve the best possible prices, products and delivery lead times in order to keep projects moving.
Our Mission
Having spoken with prospective clients and sensing their increasing levels of frustration as a result of rising costs and poor services, Jason and Oliver decided to form ProcureEA.
Together, their mission is to deliver the best procurement services, whilst ensuring integrity and honesty remain at the forefront of all they do
